Industrious will immediately add over 350,000 square feet (32,500+ sqm) to its workplace portfolio across 6 new markets: Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Paris, Brussels, and Eindhoven, with an additional 600,000 square foot (57,700+ sqm) pipeline of new deals in key European and Asia-Pacific cities.

The acquisition of both The Great Room and Welkin & Meraki reinforces Industrious’
commitment to become the preferred flexible workplace partner for companies across the globe.
