The data provided by the Member is included in the file of Welkin & Meraki. This data will be used for conducting information or promotion campaigns related to the Services offered by Welkin & Meraki and/or in the context of the contractual relationship, a legitimate interest or the legal obligations of Welkin & Meraki.
All electronic communication, including e-mail, counts as written. The Member agrees that Welkin & Meraki utilizes digital means of communication and data storage services. Welkin & Meraki is not liable for damage resulting from the usethereof.
Only with the express consent of the Member, the Member’s contact details can also be used by Welkin & Meraki for direct marketing purposes and be transferred to third parties (business partners, subsidiaries) for direct marketing purposes. Without the express consent of the Member, the data will not be used or transferred for these purposes.
Welkin & Meraki will make efforts to take all reasonable technica! and organizational measures to protect and secure the data against accidental or unauthorized destruction, against accidental loss, as well as against the alteration of or the access to and any other unauthorized processing of the personal data, taking into account the state of the art. Data that is no langer needed or useful will be deleted.
The Member can always request access to his data and the improvement, erasure or transfer of his data. The Member can always oppose the use of the data for direct marketing. This request is free of charge, except within a period of six months a request for additional copies has already been formulated by the person concerned. In that case Wel kin & Meraki has the right to charge a reasonable fee based on the administrative casts resulting from the new request.
